Conceptual Planning services involve the early themeatic planning that happens before the Master Planning phase. This is where we get to dream, and figure out a little of the 'how'. Conceptual planning can help a project get started, without investing the time and resources necessary for a full master plan. We can perform this service for new parks, parks trying to redesign an attraction or area, restaurants, retail venues, and other entertainment venues.

It is often beneficial to do the conceptual planning work prior to doing the feasibility study. Preliminary budgetting is included in the Conceptual Planning services.
